A true power-hitting outfield
prospect, Joe's short professional career has been twice derailed by injury, resulting in him losing parts of the 2011 (elbow)
and 2013 (jaw) seasons. Joe hit the prospect radar when he belted 30 homeruns for High Desert during the 2009 campaign,
and then added to his resume by hitting 25 at Double-A Jackson and winning the 2012 Southern League All Star Homerun Derby.
